I am a theoretical astrophysicist who is broadly interested in highly energetic phenomena related to compact objects such as neutron stars and black holes. My research is focussed on the evolution of magnetic fields in binary neutron star mergers but also on dissipation in neutron stars which results from microphysical weak interactions.
