Will O4 help resolve the Hubble Constant Tension?

The Hubble Constant can be measured with a variety of techniques, and the most precise of them disagree now by about 5 sigma. This could me measurement systematics or something fundamental about the Universe that we don’t yet know. The upcoming O4 observing run of LVK will for the first time have enough statistics to give us some hope of favoring one or the other. I will review the H0 measurements, how LVK will make its own measurement, and what the implications of different outcomes could be.
