Background

My interests involve different topics related to computational astrophysics and gravitation. I am visiting CCRG to work with Prof. Manuela Campanelli in GRMHD simulations of the gas dynamics around spinning supermassive binary black holes. Besides, I am a fourth-year Ph.D. student in Argentina, and my advisor is Prof. Oscar Reula. As part of my thesis, I developed a general-relativistic ray-tracing and radiative transfer code for arbitrary spacetime geometries. I used that code in varied applications, including millisecond pulsar thermal X-ray emission, supermassive dark matter cores at the center of galaxies, and charged wormholes.
