Fabio Antonini is a PhD student at RIT in Astrophysical Sciences and Technology. He received a M.Sc. in Astronomy and Astrophysics at Sapienza, Universita' di Roma (Italy) with a thesis on the dynamics of triaxial stellar systems. As a PhD student, he is working under the supervision of David Merritt. His research is currently focused on the galactic center dynamics, dynamics of massive black hole binaries, hydrodynamic simulations of stellar collisions and 'red-novae' stars (eg., V838 Monocerotis).
